As a co-founder of the landscape conservation project “Altmühltaler Lamm” we have committed ourselves exclusively to obtain lamb from our Altmühltaler shepherd.
Altmühltaler trout and carp
Next door to us, in Regelmannsbrunn, 2 km away, our Altmühltaler rainbow- and salmon trout enjoy fresh spring water. The Altmühtaler trout – smoked over juniper fire – as well as seasonal carp originate from there.
